9 Club Collective (Pty) Ltd (registration 2026/645606/07, Cape Town) runs this website. We respect your privacy and follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. The site has no sign-up forms, no accounts and no advertising trackers, and it doesn't set cookies.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It shows us totals, such as how many people visited and which pages they viewed. It does not use cookies or identify you. Our web host also keeps short-lived technical logs, like any website, to keep the site secure and working.

When you contact us

If you email us at info@9clubcollective.com, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you. We don't sell or share them, and we delete them when they're no longer needed.

WhatsApp and Instagram

Our WhatsApp group and Instagram account are run by Meta. When you join or follow, Meta's own privacy policies apply. Other members of the WhatsApp group can see your name and number.

Photos at runs

We take photos and video at our runs and events, and may share them on this site and our social channels. If you'd rather not be shown, tell us on the day or email us, and we'll leave you out or take the image down.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@9clubcollective.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
